James enjoyed teaching within his specialist fields at university for many years. James was also appointed by the Governor as a member of the Architectural Practice Board of South Australia for a number of years. In addition to his Law Degree, James has obtained the qualification of Master of Environmental Law from the University of Adelaide, demonstrating his commitment to our specialist fields of law.
James provides careful and thoughtful guidance to clients who are required to make applications to public bodies such as local Councils, the State Commission Assessment Panel, the Environment Protection Authority and the Native Vegetation Council.
James is able to draw on his significant experience as an advocate before the Courts, the State Commission Assessment Panel and Council Assessment Panels when providing guidance to clients. This experience assists James to identify issues, and more importantly practical solutions, quickly and effectively.
